Payment terms are clearly displayed during subscription selection. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Our AI agents are designed to assist with business decisions and provide insights. However:

• AI responses are generated based on training data and may not always be accurate
• Final business decisions remain your responsibility
• AI agents should not replace professional legal, financial, or medical advice
• Usage is subject to fair use policies and rate limiting

You agree not to use the Service for:

In no event shall Multi-Agent Company Platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
